On Location Service Policies
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for your special day, please review our on-location service guidelines:

Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of four services is required for on-location bookings (Bride + 3 additional services).

Travel Fees: Travel fees range from $100–$200 per artist and vary based on location and distance.

Booking & Reservation: A signed contract and non-refundable, non-transferable deposit are required to secure your event date.

Early Start Fee: Events requiring services before 7:00 AM will incur a $100 early start fee per artist.

Holiday Weekend Fee: A $100 surcharge per artist applies to bookings scheduled on holiday weekends.

Service Timing: Your contract will outline the allotted service time for your party. Additional fees may apply if services exceed the contracted timeframe.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in pricing and is always appreciated for exceptional service.
