Melissa is our "Jane of all trades"

 

While she is only doing hair once a week in the salon, her passion for hair still shines in the salon daily by continuing to grow other stylists on the team while simultaneously running her own extension company, Sierra & Sage, which is featured in salon.

​

As an owner, Melissa works closely with our entire team, she is not only the salon "handyman," she does all of our bookkeeping, payroll, financials and jokingly calls herself the CFO- although, its not really a joke- she technically is.

Jen has been in the Beauty Industry for over  25 years.

 

She spent most of her career working as a Nail Artist. 

 She has since retired from doing nails to focus on the growth of Atelier Beauty Bar. You can often find her working closely with our front desk team and estheticians. She is the creativity of our ownership duo and is the one always dreaming up all the fancy merchandising displays you've come to know and love. She also does all of our ordering/purchasing to make sure our service providers have everything they need and our guests have all they need.

Kari has a passion for hair and a passion and interest in the business side of the beauty world. After being elected by her co-workers for a leadership position in the salon, Melissa & Jen quickly acknowledged her natural leadership abilities and promoted her to Front End Operations Lead.

​

Kari works closely with our Salon directors and guest services supervisor ensuring all salon policies and procedures are carried out while ensuring a quality guest experience. She also works behind the chair as a stylist ver part time for the perfect balance of beauty and business.

Reilly brings a unique blend of leadership and creativity to the salon as both our Guest Services Supervisor and an Associate Stylist. She is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for every guest. Whether she’s welcoming them at the front desk or helping them achieve their hair goals behind the chair, Reilly is dedicated to making every interaction meaningful.

 

In her role as Guest Services Supervisor, Reilly helps ensure the salon runs smoothly while fostering an inviting environment. As an Associate Stylist, she is dedicated to continuing her education and learning from our experienced team. With her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding service, Reilly is excited to grow within the industry while making every guest feel confident, cared for, and valued.

Kenzie is a San Francisco native, but has called Reno home for over 10 years now. 
she has an affinity for blonding, color services, and hair extension transformations. She has a positive energy and loves connecting with her clients and making them feel confident and beautiful. She is a part of our education team, and works with many of our associate stylists as a mentor. She is also Director of Education for our sister brand Sierra and Sage Extensions. 

in her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband james and their dog jade​​​.

with over 14 years in the hair industry, Kaylin has had the opportunity to work in every type of salon environment, from fast paced to luxury, which has shaped her into a versatile and well-rounded stylist. While she has loved each experience, she really thrives in a creative space where artistry and innovation come alive.

She specializes in extensions, creating seamless length and fullness as well as lived-in color and reds that bring out each guest's natural beauty. Her goal is always to deliver customized, modern looks that not only enhance confidence but are designed to suit every lifestyle.

Chelsa is an experienced stylist who relocated to Reno in 2020.

 

She is passionate about coloring hair and isn't afraid to take on big projects. She also enjoys the simple things when it comes to hair and loves to give a good haircut and all over color.

​

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daugther.

​

Sasha has been a stylist for over 12 years. She offers hair cutting, coloring, keratin treatments and is our well known and beloved men's specialist.

Sasha loves spending time with her guests and making them feel beautiful. She is easy to talk to and she is full of energy.

 

When she's not working you can find her spending time with her husband and their two daughters.

Yesenia completed our associate program working under Rhiannon. Yesenia is super easy to talk to and helps clients in achieving the hair of their dreams!

 

She specializes in blondes and lived in colors.

 

She was born and raised in Winnemucca, Nevada. In her free time she is either reading or going on walks/hikes with her son.

Fiona relocated back to Nevada from Ohio and immediately joined the Atelier Team.

 

She has over 5 years of experience as a stylist.

 

Fiona is a vibrant personality with an alternative flair. She loves fashion colors, but also loves natural looking colors. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and their young son. ​​​

Reina is a ray of sunshine and an old soul. She is a Reno Native and attended UNR for 2 years but after working at Atelier's front desk for a year, she found her passion for hair which led her to attend cosmetology school.

 

Reina has a vibrant personality and will keep you laughing. She specializes in color and loves shorter, spunky cuts. She is also offering extensions as a certified extension stylist. 

 

Aria has been apart of the atelier team for quite awhile, You may recognize her from working on our front desk while she attended beauty school. she completed our Associate Program working under Rhiannon. She has a very bubbly personality and is easy to carry on a conversation. she loves all things hair & has a special interest in blonding and styling.

In her free time, you can find her hanging out in the garden with her husband and their chickens.

Kendal is a passionate hairstylist dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy hair. She loves helping each client feel confident and refreshed. with experience in Carmel, California, she has refined her craft and developed a personalized approach to hair.

 

She specializes in scalp health, hair growth, lived-in color, custom blonding, and seamless extensions. Kendal is committed to preserving the integrity of the hair while delivering customized, luxury results tailored to each client’s lifestyle and goals.

Conner is a recent cosmetology graduate. He is very passionate about hair and is very intelligent. He has a very calming and serious demeanor and will surprise you with his sense of humor.

 

He's extremely easy to talk to and a wonderful stylist to get to know.

Kaylie is an associate stylist at Atelier Beauty Bar with a passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair. In the salon, she loves blonding and lived-in color and is especially excited to continue growing her extension clientele.

Jordan moved to Reno from Santa Cruz and is excited to meet new clients and grow her career here. Her passion for the beauty industry started at a young age.

Now a licensed hairstylist entering the associate program, Maya is excited to continue expanding her skills and growing her craft. With a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, Maya is committed to providing a comfortable, personalized experience for every guest who sits in her chair.

 

Micaiah has an energetic and infectious personality. she is sweet, kind and attentive.

 

Micaiah has a true passion for skin care. She is certified in many advanced treatments such as microneedling, hydrafacial and dermaplane. She is also a certified acne expert with a passion for creating clear, glowing skin.

She is also a fast and efficient expert when it comes to body waxing services.

Ava is currently finishing cosmetology school while working at the salon’s front desk, where she enjoys creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

 

Passionate about all things hair, she is excited to continue learning and growing as she prepares to begin her career behind the chair.

 

Ava looks forward to building relationships with clients and helping them feel confident and beautiful through personalized hair services.

Andrea is one of our guest service experts while also attending cosmetology school to pursue a career in the beauty industry.

 

She is a Reno local who is passionate and inspired by all things beauty, whether it’s hair, skincare, makeup, or all the things in between that make others feel their absolute best.

 

She believes life is too short not to do what makes you happy, and that mindset has led her to follow her dreams. She can’t wait to see what the future holds.
