Melissa is our "Jane of all trades"

While she is only doing hair once a month in the salon, her passion for hair still shines in the salon daily by continuing to grow other stylists on the team while simultaneously running her own extension company, Sierra & Sage, which is featured in salon.

As an owner, Melissa works closely with our entire team, she is not only the salon "handyman," she does all of our bookkeeping, payroll, financials and jokingly calls herself the CFO- although, its not really a joke- she technically is.

Jen has been in the Beauty Industry for over  25 years. She spent most of her career working as a Nail Artist. 

 She has since retired from doing nails to focus on the growth of Atelier Beauty Bar. You can often find her working closely with our front desk team and estheticians. She is the creativity of our ownership duo and is the one always dreaming up all the fancy merchandising displays you've come to know and love. She also does all of our ordering/purchasing to make sure our service providers have everything they need and our guests have all they need.

Kari has a passion for hair and a passion and interest in the business side of the beauty world. After being elected by her co-workers for a leadership position in the salon, Melissa & Jen quickly acknowledged her natural leadership abilities and promoted her to Front End Operations Lead.

Kari works closely with our owners and front desk team ensuring all salon policies and procedures are carried out while ensuring a quality guest experience. She also works behind the chair as a stylist 2 days a week for the perfect balance of beauty and business.

Kenzie is a San Francisco native, but has called Reno home for over 10 years now. 
she has an affinity for blonding, color services, and extension transformations. She has a positive energy and loves connecting with her clients and making them feel confident and beautiful. She is a part of our education team, and works with an Associate stylist as a mentor. She is also Director of Education for our sister brand Sierra and Sage Extensions.

with over 14 years in the hair industry, Kaylin has had the opportunity to work in every type of salon environment, from fast paced to luxury, which has shaped her into a versatile and well-rounded stylist. While she has loved each experience, she really thrives in a creative space where artistry and innovation come alive.

She specializes in extensions, creating seamless length and fullness as well as lived-in color and reds that bring out each guest's natural beauty. Her goal is always to deliver customized, modern looks that not only enhance confidence but are designed to suit every lifestyle.

Rhiannon has over a decade of experience as a stylist. In the beginning of her career, she trained under a Redken Educator.

She loves performing luxury blonding services with a lived-in feel she also loves to create videos for social media of all her color creations..

She is a Redken Certified colorist and offers a wide range of color, cutting and extension services.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and their two adorable daughters.

Chelsa is an experienced stylist who relocated to Reno in 2020.

She is passionate about coloring hair and isn't afraid to take on big projects.

She also enjoys the simple things when it comes to hair and loves to give a good haircut and all over color.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daugther.

Stephanie has been a stylist for over 10 years. She started her career at Atelier in 2015 in our Associate Program, where she worked under Melissa.

In all of her years working with Atelier Beauty Bar, she has made a name for herself as a truly talented stylist specializing in blonding, balayage and styling. She is known for creating beautifully blended dimensional colors and works especially well with lightening natural dark hair. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family & adorable baby girl.

Sasha has been a stylist for over 12 years. She offers hair cutting, coloring, keratin treatments and is our well known and beloved men's specialist.

Sasha loves spending time with her guests and making them feel beautiful. She is easy to talk to and she is full of energy.

When she's not working you can find her spending time with her husband and their two daughters.

Yesenia completed our associate program working under Rhiannon. Yesenia is super easy to talk to and helps clients in achieving the hair of their dreams!

She specializes in blondes and lived in colors.

She was born and raised in Winnemucca, Nevada. In her free time she is either reading or going on walks/hikes with her son.

Fiona relocated back to Nevada from Ohio and immediately joined the Atelier Team.

She has over 5 years of experience as a stylist.

Fiona is a vibrant personality with an alternative flair. She loves fashion colors, but also loves natural looking colors. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and their young son. 

Reina is a ray of sunshine and an old soul. She is a Reno Native and attended UNR for 2 years but after working at Atelier's front desk for a year, she found her passion for hair which led her to attend cosmetology school.

After graduating, she completed our Associate Program under Rhiannon. Reina has a vibrant personality and will keep you laughing.

She specializes in color and loves shorter, spunky cuts. She is also offering extensions as a certified extension stylist. 

Aria has been apart of the atelier team for quite awhile, You may recognize her from working on our front desk while she attended beauty school. she completed our Associate Program working under Rhiannon. She has a very bubbly personality and is easy to carry on a conversation. she loves all things hair & has a special interest in blonding and styling.

In her free time, you can find her hanging out in the garden with her husband and their chickens.

Maria is a quiet, kind soul, she is easy to talk to and has a very soft aura about her.

She started out in our associate program working under kenzie. She specializes in lived in color and is excited to continue to grow as an extension specialist.

when she is not at the salon, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and their three young sons.

Rafael is a recent cosmetology graduate. He is currently in our associate program working under kenzie.

He is a big ball of energy and sass with a passion for all things hair and beauty. He is excited to specialize in blonding and extensions.

Conner is a recent cosmetology graduate. He is very passionate about hair and is very intelligent. He has a very calming and serious demeanor and will surprise you with his sense of humor.

He's extremely easy to talk to and

Eva is a big ball of energy and She is the biggest T-Swift fan you will ever meet.

Eva loves corrective skin care and is extremely knowledgable when it comes to skin.

She is a certified acne expert who is passionate about correcting chronic acne conditions. She is also certified in many advanced treatments such as microneedling, hydrafacial and dermaplaning.

Micaiah has an energetic and infectious personality. she is sweet, kind and attentive.

Micaiah has a true passion for skin care. She is certified in many advanced treatments such as microneedling, hydrafacial and dermaplane. She is also a certified acne expert with a passion for creating clear, glowing skin.

She is also a fast and efficient expert when it comes to body waxing services.

Laurel is a recent graduate from Advanced Esthetician School. She completed our associate program for estheticians working under micaiah and eva.

​

She is currently accepting new guests for facials, hydrafacials and waxing. Laurel will soon be a certified acne expert and will also earn her certification for dermaplane and microneedling.
