Since 2013, Atelier Beauty Bar has been a staple in the Reno beauty industry. We are a salon and beauty boutique dedicated to delivering a truly elevated experience—one that feels both luxurious and welcoming from the moment you walk through our doors.
From the warm greeting at our front desk to the exceptional services provided by our talented team, every detail is intentional. We believe outstanding results begin with exceptional products, which is why we carefully select the brands we partner with. Our salon proudly uses premium color lines such as L’Oréal Professionnel and Redken, and we carry industry-leading haircare brands including Kérastase and Oribe.
In our Aesthetics Department, we take a results-driven approach to skincare—without sacrificing relaxation. Our menu includes everything from customized facials and chemical peels to advanced services like microneedling and dermaplaning. As the industry evolves, so do we, continually expanding our offerings to bring you the latest innovations. We proudly partner with trusted skincare brands such as Eminence Organics, PCA Skin, and Face Reality to ensure personalized, effective results for every guest.
Education is at the heart of our culture. Our service providers participate in ongoing advanced education to stay current on the latest trends and techniques in hair, lashes, and skin. Through our Associate Program, we support new graduates in our community with hands-on training led by our in-house education team. If you’ve visited us before, you’ve likely seen our Associates learning alongside educators or perfecting their skills during live training.

Atelier Beauty Bar Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required for all bookings. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask for 48 hour notice. If you are unable to provide 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service charge. No show appointments will also be charged 50%.
No exceptions.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to a change in service provider or may be subject to reschedule. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a no show and charged a 50% fee.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

As a courtesy to all guests as well as for safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon at any time. Children ages 12 and older are permitted in the salon only when receiving services. Guests who arrive with a child accompanying them who is not receiving a service of their own, will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to late cancellation fees.

REFUNDS

Atelier will not offer any refunds for any cancellation fees, product purchases or services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, we do offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact our Front Desk Team within 7 days of your initial appointment. At that time, you will be offered a complimentary adjustment appointment with the same stylist you were initially booked with. In most cases, these appointments are simple adjustments to get it just right.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Atelier is unable to offer returns or exchanges on any used products. If your product is unused, not damaged and in it's original packaging we will offer you an exchange (of equal or lesser value) or store credit to be used on future retail purchases. This store credit cannot be used for services rendered.
