Melissa is our "Jane of all trades"
As a stylist, she enjoys creating a wide array of looks. She is passionate about continued education and loves to share her knowledge through the Associate Program. She specializes in balayage, blondes, natural-looking color and hair extensions. Her passion for extensions recently drove her to create her very own line of extensions, Sierra & Sage Hair Extensions, which we feature in the salon.
As an owner, Melissa does all of our bookeeping, payroll, financials and jokingly calls herself the CFO- although, its not really a joke- she technically is

Jen has been in the Beauty Industry for over 25 years. She spent most of her career working as a Nail Artist. As soon as her daughter Melissa started beauty school, she began dreaming up future plans to open a salon together.
She has since retired from doing nails to focus on the growth of Atelier Beauty Bar. You can often find her working closely with our front desk team and estheticians. She is the creativity of our ownership duo and is the one always dreaming up all the fancy merchandising displays you've come to know and love. She also does all of our ordering/purchasing to make sure our service providers have everything they need and our guests have all they need.

Nicole has such a positive spirit, she is always in a good mood and is truly passionate about Atelier Beauty Bar. She is always cheering on her co-workers and willing to help out wherever needed. She is originally from Grass Valley and is a UNR graduate.
As the Director of Guest Services, Nicole Leads our Front Desk Team to success by ensuring our Guests expectations are exceeded every time. She is a natural leader and outside of managing the front desk team, she works in the office and juggles several administrative duties.

Guest Service Expert/Social Media
Reina is a ray of sunshine and an old soul. She is a crucial member of our Front Desk and social media teams. She is a Reno Native and attended UNR for about 2 years but ffter working at Atelier for about year she found her passion for hair and is currently attending cosmetology school.
Reina loves making tik toks and helping out where ever she is needed.

Guest Service Expert
Megan has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2012. After offering lash extensions for many years she decided to take a break from offering services and focus on the guest service side of things.
When she's not at work she is at home spending time with her daughters.

Natalie is a licensed esthetician. She joined our front desk team after she moved here from California. Natalie is passionate about social media marketing and helps create content at our salon and spa locations. In her free time she loves spending time with her 2 cats and making tik toks.

Hairstylist
Kenzie is a San Francisco native, but has called Reno home for the over 6 years.
She has an affinity for blonding, balayage and all things creative. She specializes in hair extrensions and she is also on the education team and works with an Associate. She has a positive energy and loves connecting with her clients and making them feel comfortable and beautiful when they leave.
Kenzie is also a part of our Education Team and works alongside our Associates as a mentor.

Rhiannon has almsot a decade of experience as a stylist. In the beginning of her career, she trained under a Redken Educator. She loves doing blonding and making tiktoks of all her hair creations. She is Redken Certified and offers a wide range of color, cutting and extension services. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and adorable daughter.

Kaylin is a stylist with almost 10 years of experience. After taking a short break from the full-service salon to focus on men's grooming and attend college, she has decided she's ready to get back into the full-service salon setting.
She trained under Melissa in a fast-tracked Associate Program for a refresher! She is excited to be behind the chair, meet new guests and specialize in color & extensions.

Chelsa is an experienced stylist who relocated to Reno in 2020. She is passionate about coloring hair and isn't afriad to take on big projects. She also enjoys the simple things when it comes to hair and loves to give a good haircut and all over color. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daugther.

Stephanie has been a stylist for over 6 years. She started her career at Atelier in 2015 in our Associate Program, where she worked under Melissa.
In her years working with Atelier Beauty Bar, she has made a name for herself as a truly talented stylist specializing in blonding, balayage and styling.

Maria started working at Atelier after assisting at another reputable salon. She is originally from Louisiana but moved because she loved the Reno/Tahoe area. Maria loves all things blonding, balayage and dimensional color. When Maria is not working she loves to snowboard with her fiance and spend time with her friends!

Sasha has been a stylist for over 12 years. She offers hair cutting, coloring, keratin treatments and is our men's specialist.
Sasha loves spending time with her guests and making them feel beautiful. She is easy to talk to and she is full of energy. When she's not working you can find her spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Megan attended UNR with plans to become a teacher but quickly realized her passions were elsewhere. She attanded The Paul Mitchell school in Reno and immediately after graduation began her hair journey working under Melissa in our Associate Program

Emily joined that Atelier Team after assisting at another reputable salon for a little over a year.
Emily is a perfectionist when it comes to color and sets very high expectations for her work. She is friendly and easy to talk to and loves working on virgin hair to create seamless blends of dimensional color. Emily specializes in lived in blondes and also offers extensions.

Erika moved from Vegas to Reno with 12 years of experience under her belt. She has focused on developing her skills in many different areas of hairdressing such as high impact blondes, dimensional brunettes, corrective color, lived in balayage and more! In her free time she enjoys working out, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family.

Linessa is a passionate skin care specialist. She specializes in corrective skin care and specialty facials, offering results driven treatments for even the most difficult skin conditions. She is also certified in PCA chemical peels.
She also offers hybrid and volume eyelash extensions, waxing, brow lamination and lash lifts.

Eva is a big ball of energy! She is the biggest T-Swift fan you will ever meet. Eva offers body waxing with Epilfree, brow laminations and lash lifts. When she's not preforming these services she is at our spa location preforming corrective skin care services.

Khush completed our associate program and is now a level one esthetician. She is passionate about all things skin. She also offers face and body waxing as well as lash lift and brow lamination.

Ashley is a skin care specialist and spends most of her time working in our spa. When she is not working over there she is in the salon performing face and body waxing services as well as lash lifts and brow laminations! In her free time she is spending time with her son!

Kaili is a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for lash extensions! She has been doing lashes for over three years and is AMAZING! She also offers brow waxing, lash lifts and tints.
